House Sitting (No Pets)

Pet and House Sitting
Pet care is a premium, specialist service layered on top of house sitting—reflecting the extra time, expertise, and love your animals deserve. The “Cats Only” rate is perfect for independent companions, while the “Dogs (or Dogs & Cats)” tier is designed for pets who crave routine, enrichment, and a little extra comfort.
How Pet Pricing Works

The standard rate covers up to two pets (dogs, or a mix of dogs and cats).

For more than two pets, add $10/night per extra pet.

Challenging or Large Dogs: If your dog is particularly large, strong, or requires extra time and care on walks, a small additional fee may apply. I’ll always discuss this with you upfront so there are no surprises.

Custom and Bespoke Sits
For extended bookings, unique pets, hobby farms, or anything that doesn’t fit the norm, I’ll create a tailored plan and fixed quote just for you. Every quote is transparent and confirmed before booking—no guesswork, no stress.

Amenities & Utilities (because I know you're thinking it)
For short bookings (under 7 days), my rates include respectful, low-impact use of your home’s utilities. I keep showers quick, lights off when I’m out, and heating/cooling set to that sweet spot that keeps your pets cosy — and me comfy too.
The added cost to you is usually less than a cup of coffee a day. For longer sits, I’m always happy to chat through a fair, transparent rate that reflects any extra utility use. No guesswork, no bill shock — just a good ol’ honest arrangement.
